Encountering the Loving Presence
Difficulties Can Become Our Help
The Season of Lent is a good opportunity to search for deeper spiritual meaning in our Life Journey and to develop our inner spirituality, learning to encounter God’s loving presence in our difficulties by reflecting on them in the light of faith.
As one of many Lenten practices to choose from, the Families of Nazareth Movement is offering a series of reflections on excerpts from the book God Alone Suffices. We invite you to come to one or all of the meetings, one hour per week, to gain insights on how God is actively present in our daily lives, meets us and wants to transform us through events we encounter.
Transforming people one at a time is at the heart of God's plan for the world.
Meetings begin on Thursday, March 7
Thursdays, 7:10-8:10 a.m., Faith Formation Office (Rel. Ed. Building)
Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Parish Center Conference Room (from 3/12)
Materials provided. All are welcome!
